Smashword’s Mark Coker talks about the effect of Amazon’s reduced subscription rate for Kindle Unlimited in India and it’s ramifications for other countries, including the US.

The most damaging is the fact that individual copy e-book sales are going to suffer as readers demand that everything they want to read be made available on Amazon Unlimited.
